Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Radiology Store.

All our products are made-to-order using Print-on-Demand manufacturing. Every item is printed specifically for your order.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product is damaged during shipping.
• There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
• The item received is different from what was ordered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package

Non-Returnable Items

Since every product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Personalized products

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
